The Share My Trip feature lets you easily promote your trips via text message. With this premium feature you can send unlimited messages to unlimited recipients, and even attach an image (JPEG, PNG or GIF) to make your message more engaging.
To use it:
Open the trip and click Share in the trip dashboard header (labelled Share Trip in the mobile Trip Actions menu), then scroll to Invite guests via text message.
Click on Add New MMS.
Compose your message content under 320 characters for successful delivery.
Add recipients:
You can upload a CSV file of phone numbers, or
Select travelers from other trips you’ve organized.
(Optional) Attach a JPEG, PNG, or GIF file under 2MB to include trip flyers, itineraries, or other materials.
Click Send.
Messages are delivered via SMS (or MMS when media is attached) to US and Canadian numbers (country code +1), and the links in your message (including your trip page link) will be fully clickable. This tool is ideal for spreading the word, sending reminders, or following up with past travelers.
There is no per-message charge and no limit on how many people you can text, how often you send, or how many trips you promote — the feature itself is part of Premium.
Use it to boost signups, fill last-minute spots, or reconnect with past guests in just a few clicks.
🛑Note: Text Blast is a premium feature. If you see a message that says "Upgrade to Premium to access this feature," you'll need to upgrade your subscription to use this functionality. (Separately, SquadTrip can disable text blasts for an account; then the "Invite guests via text message" card is not shown at all and the Text Blasts page says "Text blasts are disabled for this account.
