The Share My Trip feature lets you easily promote your trips via text message—completely free. With this premium feature you can send unlimited messages to unlimited recipients, and even include a PDF attachment to make your message more engaging.
To use it:
Go to Trip Management > Share My Trip.
Click on Add New MMS.
Compose your message content.
Add recipients:
You can upload a CSV file of phone numbers, or
Select travelers from other trips you’ve organized.
(Optional) Attach a JPEG, PNG, GIF, or PDF file under 2MB to include trip flyers, itineraries, or other materials.
Click Send.
All messages are delivered via SMS, and the links in your message (including your trip page link) will be fully clickable. This tool is ideal for spreading the word, sending reminders, or following up with past travelers.
It’s completely free—there are no limits on how many people you can text, how often you send, or how many trips you promote.
Use it to boost signups, fill last-minute spots, or reconnect with past guests in just a few clicks.
