How to Cancel or Manage Your SquadTrip Subscription

SquadTrip offers optional premium subscription plans that unlock features like sub-admin access, scheduled messaging, and reduced processing fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your trips, traveler data, and booking history remain intact. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan with standard features and the default processing fee.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your SquadTrip organizer account

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select "Account Settings"

  4. Navigate to the "Subscription" section

  5. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

No cancel button? If you don't see a cancellation option in your account settings, email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the email address associated with your account. The support team will process your cancellation and send a confirmation.

How to Confirm Your Subscription Is Cancelled

After cancellation, verify the change by:

  2. Checking that your plan shows as "Free" or "No active subscription"

  3. Checking your email for a cancellation confirmation from Stripe (SquadTrip's payment processor)

If you were charged after requesting cancellation, email [email protected] with your account email and the charge date. The support team will investigate and process a refund if applicable.

Refund Policy for Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your premium features remain active until the end of that paid period — no partial refund is issued for the remaining days.

How to Reactivate Your Subscription

To resubscribe after cancellation:

  1. Go to Account SettingsSubscription

Your premium features activate immediately upon resubscription. Previously deactivated sub-admin accounts can be re-enabled from the team management settings.

Sub-admin accounts are deactivated when a subscription ends. Resubscribe to restore access, or manage your account directly as the primary organizer.
