How Do I Check My Subscription Plan and Payment Status?

Guides trip organizers on checking their SquadTrip subscription plan, billing details, and payment status through the dashboard and Stripe portal.

If you’re subscribed to SquadTrip’s premium plan, you can easily view your subscription details:

  • Go to your Organizer Dashboard.

  • Click on Subscriptions in the top menu.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal.

  • Enter your registered email to log in.

  • From there, you can view your current plan, payment history, billing details, and even cancel your subscription if needed.

If you are not subscribed, clicking on Subscriptions will take you to the subscription pricing page, where you can review available plans and choose one if you’d like to upgrade.
