Refund and Cancellation Policy for Trip Organizers Premium Subscription

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for users subscribed to the Trip Organizers Premium Subscription, billed on a monthly recurring basis.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.

  • No Cancellation Fees: There are no fees or penalties for canceling. Future billing will simply stop, and no further action is required on your part.

  • Feature Access Post-Cancellation: After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free version, and premium features will no longer be accessible.

2. Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Premium Subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the subscription start date. This applies to the initial subscription month only.

  • No Refunds After 14 Days: Refund requests made after 14 days from the start date of a subscription or for renewal charges are not eligible for a refund.

  • Exceptions for Unprocessed Requests: If you submitted a valid refund request within the 14-day window with our customer support and it was not processed due to an oversight, we will honor the original request and refund any subsequent renewal charges.

  • Refund Timing & Method: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
