You can use the My Profile home page to showcase all your trips in one place. Travelers can also subscribe to your newsletter directly from this page.
With your homepage, you no longer need to choose just one trip to promote. Simply share your homepage link and let travelers browse all your amazing experiences in one place!
Where to Find Your Organizer Homepage Link
You can access your homepage directly from your Organizer Dashboard under the My Profile tab.
Log in to your SquadTrip Organizer Dashboard.
Navigate to the My Profile tab.
In the Your Public Profile Link section, you’ll see your personalized homepage URL (for example, https://demo.squadtrip.com).
Click Copy to copy the link, or Visit to open your homepage in a new tab.
What’s on Your Organizer Homepage
Your homepage automatically displays:
About & Description – Tell your story and introduce your brand or travel business.
Social Links – Connect your Instagram, Facebook, or website to help travelers follow your journey.
Photo Gallery – Share stunning images from your trips (visitors see 16 at a time on desktop, 4 on phones, and can load more).
Newsletter Subscribers - Visitors can sign up for your newsletter on the homepage; you view and manage the list from your Organizer Dashboard -> My Profile -> Newsletter Subscribers.
FAQs - Add commonly asked questions with answers to help travelers quickly find information (refunds, payment plans, what's included, etc.).
Note: Each homepage is automatically generated when you complete your registration, and it updates automatically whenever you publish a trip (only published trips whose end date has not passed appear under Active Trips).

Note:
Your Active and Past Trips are pulled directly from your trip listings automatically, and your Instagram feed is embedded from the Instagram link you add under Social Links. You don’t need to fill in these details manually — they’ll appear on your homepage as soon as your trips are published or your Instagram link is saved.
If the photos on the My Profile home page are not visible, please upload them again from the Photo Gallery section under the My Profile tab.
At the moment, we do not offer an embed code for the My Profile Homepage to display all your trips on your website. You can share or use your My Profile URL instead.
