Trip Organizer created trips with a sub-user account, but the trips are only visible in the main admin account. The sub-user cannot see or access these trips in their own account, which prevents them from being able to work on them.
Why This Happens
When a sub-user sees a trip missing, it may be because they were unassigned from it, or because they never created it in the first place. The trip could have been created by the main admin or another sub-user.
Solution: Assign Trip Access to Your Sub-User
Step 1: Go to Settings
From your main admin dashboard, navigate to Settings.
Step 2: Open User Management
In Settings, click on User Management from the left sidebar.
Step 3: Locate the Sub-User
In the User Management page, find the sub-user in the user list. Look for their email address or name to identify the correct account.
Step 4: Edit the Sub-User
Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the sub-user's name to open their user profile.
Step 5: Assign Trip Access
In the Edit User dialog, locate the Assign Trip Access section.
Here you'll see a list of all available trips. Check the boxes next to the trips you want this sub-user to access.
Step 6: Save Changes
Click Save to apply the trip access assignments. The sub-user will now be able to see and access these trips in their account.
Verification
After saving:
Have the sub-user log out and log back in
They should now see all assigned trips in their dashboard under My Trips
They'll be able to view, edit, and manage these trips as needed
Important Notes
Main admin always has access - The main admin account always has access to all trips on the account, regardless of who created them
Trip assignments are required - "Sub-users can only view trips that were created by them or specifically assigned to them, unless those trips have been unassigned.
Can be updated anytime - You can modify sub-user trip access at any time through User Management
