What is a Sub-Admin in Trip Management?
A Sub-Admin is a user with specific, restricted permissions who logs in through the Organizer's login page to help manage trip planning and bookings. Sub-Admins are typically co-organizers, trip coordinators, travel assistants, or other team members who help manage group travel planning and participant communications.
Sub-Admin Permissions
Sub-Admins can always create and manage trips they personally own. Beyond that, the primary Organizer controls their additional permissions:
Trip Access:
View all trips in the account OR only specific trips assigned to them
Permission Levels:
Read-only access - View everything the Organizer can see (all trip details, traveler information, payments, reports) without making changes
Edit permissions - Full access to do everything the Organizer can do (create, edit, delete trips, manage participants, handle bookings, generate reports)
How Sub-Admin Trip Management Works
All Sub-Admin activities for trip creation and management are processed under the Organizer's company account settings. This means that:
Payment transactions are managed through the Organizer's Stripe account
Travel receipts and billing follow the Organizer's configurations
All trip bookings remain centralized under one account
Sub-Admins log in with their own secure credentials on the Organizer's trip management login page, granting them a personalized dashboard view. Based on their assigned permissions, they see their own trips and any additional trips the Organizer has given them access to. Multiple Sub-Admin users can be set up within a single travel company or organization account.
Trip Access and Permissions
The Organizer maintains full control and can see and edit all trips within their travel management account—both trips they created personally and trips created by any Sub-Admins on their team.
