How to Cancel SquadTrip Subscription

This guide will help you unsubscribe from your paid SquadTrip subscription.

Need to cancel your SquadTrip subscription? Whether you're wrapping up your travel season, switching platforms, or simply taking a break, we make it easy for you to unsubscribe directly through your Stripe account. Follow the detailed steps below to ensure your subscription is properly canceled and to avoid any unexpected charges.

  1. Log in to your Stripe account.

    Start by visiting the Stripe website and logging in with the credentials associated with your SquadTrip subscription. Stripe is our secure payment partner and handles all billing for SquadTrip organizers.

  2. Navigate to Billing > Subscription in the dashboard.

    Once logged in, head to the left-hand navigation menu and click on Billing. From the dropdown, select Subscriptions to view all active subscriptions associated with your Stripe account.

  3. Locate and select the SquadTrip subscription from the list.

    Scroll through your list of active subscriptions and locate the one labeled SquadTrip. This entry contains the full details of your billing plan, including the subscription type, billing cycle, and payment history.

  4. Click on Action > Cancel Subscription.

    Next to the SquadTrip listing, you’ll see an “Actions” button or icon. Click on it and select “Cancel Subscription” from the menu. A pop-up or new page will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation.

  5. Choose your preferred cancellation option:

    • Cancel Immediately: Ends the subscription right away.

    • End of the Cycle: Cancels the subscription after the current billing cycle.

  6. Confirm your cancellation to finalize the process.

    After selecting your preferred cancellation method, confirm your decision. Stripe will process the request and provide a confirmation message once your subscription has been successfully canceled.

What Happens After You Cancel?

Once your SquadTrip subscription is canceled, access to subscription-only features will be removed based on the cancellation timing you selected. You’ll still be able to access your SquadTrip account, trips, and historical data, but features like design & branding customization, scheduling emails, and sub-user management will no longer be available.

If you decide to re-subscribe in the future, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by going to your SquadTrip account settings and reinitiating your Stripe connection. However, previous customization settings will need to be manually reentered.
