If you need to cancel your trip, follow these steps:
Log into your Traveler Account.
Find the trip you want to cancel.
Click Details.
Select Cancel My Booking.
Follow the on-screen instructions and type "cancel" in the box.
Click Yes, Cancel My Reservation to confirm.
After confirmation, your installments will be marked as "Cancelled," your remaining balance will show as $0, and your booking page will update with a "Trip Canceled" label.
After canceling, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email. To request a refund, use the Contact the Organizer button to reach out directly.
