If your travel plans have changed and you need to cancel your SquadTrip booking, you can do so directly from your traveler dashboard in just a few steps. Here’s how to cancel your trip and what happens afterward.
Log into your Traveler Account.
Use your registered email and password to log in to your SquadTrip account.Find the trip you want to cancel.
On your dashboard, locate the trip you want to cancel.Click Details.
Open the trip’s details page to access your reservation options.Select Cancel My Booking.
You’ll see an option labeled “Cancel My Booking.” Click it to begin the cancellation process.
Follow the on-screen instructions and type "cancel" in the box.
To confirm your intent, type the word "cancel" in the provided field.Click Yes, Cancel My Reservation to confirm.
After confirmation, your installments will be marked as "Cancelled," your remaining balance will show as $0, and your booking page will update with a "Trip Canceled" label.
After canceling, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email. To request a refund, use the Contact the Organizer button to reach out directly.
On the Payment page, click "Contact the Organizer".
A pop-up will appear with the organizer’s email address.
Enter your subject and message, and send your email.
