Deleting a trip helps you keep your dashboard organized and ensures that outdated or incorrect travel itineraries don’t clutter your workspace. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone, so be certain you want to delete the trip before proceeding.
Follow these instructions carefully to ensure your trip is fully removed:
Log in to Your SquadTrip Account
Open your browser and go to the SquadTrip website. Use your current login credentials (email and password) to access your account. You must be logged in to manage or delete any trips associated with your profile.Navigate to Your Dashboard
Once you’re successfully logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard. This is your central hub where all the trips you’ve created or are managing are listed. From here, you can view, edit, or delete your trips as needed.Locate the Trip
Look through your list of trips and identify the one you wish to delete. Next to each trip title, you’ll see a small gear icon (⚙️) which gives you access to that trip’s settings. Click on the gear icon next to the trip you want to remove.Select Delete
After clicking the gear icon, a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select the "Delete" option. This indicates to the system that you want to permanently remove the trip and all its associated data.Confirm Deletion
A pop-up confirmation will appear to make sure you didn’t select delete by accident. Click “Yes” to confirm that you want to delete the selected trip. Once confirmed, the system will proceed to permanently remove the trip from your account.
Your trip will now be completely deleted and will no longer appear in your dashboard or be accessible to you or any of your travelers.
Important Note: Make sure the trip you’re trying to delete doesn’t have active travelers or pending registrations. If it does, we recommend canceling those bookings first or reaching out to SquadTrip Support for help.
