How to Create an Account as a Traveler

Learn how and when a traveler account is created on SquadTrip after booking a trip.

If you're trying to sign up as a traveler on SquadTrip, it's important to know that accounts for travelers are created as part of the trip booking process. You cannot create a traveler account in advance or without registering for a trip.

Here's how it works:

When you book a trip through a SquadTrip organizer's trip page, the booking process will prompt you to:

  • Create a new account if you're a first-time SquadTrip traveler

  • Log in to your existing account if you've booked on SquadTrip before

During the booking flow:

  • New travelers will set up their account with an email address and a password

  • Returning travelers can log in using their existing credentials

  • Once you complete your booking—whether you pay in full or select an installment plan—you'll have access to your traveler dashboard

  • From your dashboard, you can view trip details, make payments, update your registration answers, and contact the organizer

For Returning Travelers

Booking with the Same Organizer

If you've previously booked a trip with this organizer:

  • Use your existing account when booking a new trip (with the same organizer)

  • Simply log in during the booking process with your existing email and password

  • The new trip will automatically appear in your existing dashboard

  • Log in anytime to view all your trips with this organizer in one place

Booking with a Different Organizer

If you're booking with an organizer you haven't traveled with before:

  • You'll need to create a new account during the booking process

  • Use the same email address you used for previous SquadTrip bookings

  • Simply create a account during the booking process with your existing email and password

  • This creates a separate account for trips with this new organizer

  • Each organizer's trips will be accessible through their respective booking links

  • You'll use the same login credentials for all your SquadTrip trips

Can't Access Your Account?

If you've already booked a trip but can't access your account, go to the login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used when registering to reset your credentials.
