If you need a copy of your trip payment receipt for personal records, reimbursements, or tax purposes, SquadTrip makes it easy to access receipts directly from your traveler dashboard. Each receipt includes payment details such as the trip cost, processing fees, payment amount, balance owed, payment date, and payment schedule (if on a payment plan).
Follow these steps to access your receipt:
Log in to your SquadTrip Traveler account using the email you registered with.
From your dashboard, select the trip for which you'd like to view a receipt.
Once inside the trip, navigate to the Payment section.
Locate the receipt column in the payment history table.
Click the view/download icon next to the payment you'd like a receipt for.
Your receipt will open in a new browser tab where you can view it, print it using your browser's print function, or save it as a PDF for your records.

Receipts are available for each individual payment made, including deposits and installment payments. If you're on a payment plan, your initial receipt will show the full payment schedule. If you used multiple payment methods or received a refund, those details will also be reflected in your receipt.

You'll also receive email confirmations automatically after each purchase and payment, which include your purchase summary and payment details.
