When you create your trip, the logo you select will appear on receipts. Two days before a scheduled payment, we’ll send an automatic email reminder to your travelers to ensure their cards have sufficient funds. Upon successful payment, both you and your travelers will receive a confirmation receipt. If the payment fails, travelers will get a notice with the reason for the failure and a link to make the payment ASAP.
