SquadTrip makes it easy for you to personalize the automated payment reminder emails sent to your guests before their next installment is due. Customizing these reminders ensures your guests receive the exact information they need in the way you want it. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to edit the payment reminder email, allowing you to tailor the subject and message as needed for a more personalized experience. Whether you’re adjusting the tone or providing specific details, customizing your payment reminders ensures that your guests stay on top of their payments without any confusion.

  1. Go to Trip Manager

  2. Click on Automatic Email Settings

  3. Find the Payment Reminder email and click the pencil icon

  4. Edit the subject and message as needed

  5. Click Save Edits

  6. Confirm by clicking OK on the pop-up message

Your customized email will be sent to guests for all upcoming scheduled payments on that trip.
