How to Customize the Payment Reminder Email

You can personalize the automated payment reminder email that guests receive before their next installment is due. To customize it:

  1. Go to Trip Manager

  2. Click on Automatic Email Settings

  3. Find the Payment Reminder email and click the pencil icon

  4. Edit the subject and message as needed

  5. Click Save Edits

  6. Confirm by clicking OK on the pop-up message

Your customized email will be sent to guests for all upcoming scheduled payments on that trip.
