Personalize These Emails
Your automated emails aren’t one-size-fits-all.
You can rewrite the wording of any of your automatic emails — the welcome and payment receipt, payment reminders, cancellations, refunds and more. The payment reminder is the one exception to per-trip overrides: it is set company-wide only. Set your wording once as a company default — free for every organizer (only the account owner can edit the company defaults; sub-admins see them read-only) — then override it for a single trip when that trip needs something different. Per-trip overrides are a Premium feature.
