You can cancel your trip directly from your account—no need to contact your Trip Organizer. Just follow these simple steps in your traveler profile under “Trip Details”.
Cancel My Booking Button
You can cancel your booking anytime in your account. Under the trip summary, you'll find a "Cancel My Booking" button. Click this if you want to:

How to Cancel Your Booking
To cancel your trip reservation using the "Cancel My Booking" button, simply follow these steps.
Open the Payment page of your trip.
Click on the "Cancel My Booking" button.
A new pop-up will appear. Type the word “cancel” in the field.
💡Tip: You can also check the refund policy within the same pop-up window.
Confirm by clicking “Yes, Cancel Reservation”.
After the confirmation we have the following changes:
Your installments will be marked as "Cancelled".
Your remaining balance will show as $0.
Your booking page will update with a “Trip Canceled” label.
