Canceling Your Trip Reservation

If your plans have changed and you need to cancel your trip, SquadTrip makes the process quick and straightforward. This guide walks you through the exact steps to cancel your booking, update your account, and contact the organizer if needed—all from your traveler dashboard in just a few clicks.

  1. Log into your Traveler Account.

  2. Find the trip you want to cancel.

  3. Click Details.

  4. Select Cancel My Booking.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and type "cancel" in the box.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel My Reservation to confirm.

After confirmation, your installments will be marked as "Cancelled," your remaining balance will show as $0, and your booking page will update with a "Trip Canceled" label.

After canceling, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email. To request a refund, use the Contact the Organizer button to reach out directly.

  • On the Payment page, click "Contact the Organizer".

  • A pop-up will appear with the organizer’s email address.

  • Enter your subject and message, and send your email.
