Transfer a Traveler to Another Trip

Learn how to manually transfer a traveler from one trip to another or change their tour date.

Overview

SquadTrip doesn’t support automatic transfer of a traveler between trips, but you can manually move them using this two-step workaround.

Steps to Transfer a Traveler

1. Cancel the Traveler Without Refund

Go to Trip Data on the original trip and cancel the traveler's booking. Choose the option that does not issue a refund. You can learn more about canceling a trip for traveler here: cancel a trip with or without a refund

2. Create a Promo Code for the Paid Amount


In your organizer dashboard, go to Promo Codes and create a custom code equal to the amount the traveler already paid. Share this code with the traveler and have them sign up for the new trip using it at checkout. You can read more about creating promo codes here: creating promo codes

Important Information
