Transfer a Traveler to Another Trip

Learn how to transfer a traveler from one trip to another or change their tour date.

Overview

Trip Organizers can use the traveler transfer option to move a traveler from one trip to another without rebooking. The transfer process keeps the traveler’s order intact while allowing you to assign them to the correct trip. After transferring, it’s important to review payment settings, especially auto payments, to make sure they are correctly enabled for the new trip.

Steps to Transfer a Traveler

  1. Open the trip from which you want to transfer the traveler.

2. Go to Trip Data > Guest List Information and locate the traveler you want to move.

3. Click Edit Order, then click Edit Order again.

4. In the Switch to Different Trip dropdown, select the trip you want to transfer the traveler to.

5. Click Next repeatedly until you reach the Save button, then click Save to apply the changes.

Note: If auto payments were disabled for the traveler in the old trip and you want to enable auto payments in the new trip:

  1. Make sure auto payments are enabled for the entire new trip.

  2. Go to Edit Order for the traveler.

  3. Click Next until you reach the Payment Schedule page.

  4. If needed, update the payment schedule.

  5. Continue clicking Next until you reach Save, then click Save to re-enable auto payments.

This ensures auto payments are correctly activated for the traveler in the new trip.
