To change the trip balance, follow these steps:
Log in to your SquadTrip account.
Go to Trip Data.
In the Guest List Information, find the traveler whose package you want to edit.
Click "Edit Order" in the menu to view the order summary.
Click the "Edit Order" button to go to the package section where the price is displayed.
Click the pencil icon to edit the price.
Change the trip price and input the new amount. Click "Confirm".
To verify, select the traveler's name from the Guest List Information. The changes will appear on the Booking Details page.
Changing Trip Balance or Total (Dashboard 2.0)
In Dashboard 2.0, trip organizers can update a traveler’s trip balance by editing the package price from the traveler’s order.
Change the Trip Balance
Click on the trip thumbnail to open Dashboard 2.0.
In the Travelers section, click the three dots next to the traveler’s name.
Select View Details.
From the traveler profile, click Edit Order.
On the Edit Order page, click the pencil icon next to the package price.
Enter the new package price (total without fees).
Click Confirm.
Save the Changes
After confirming the new price:
Click Next at the bottom of the page.
Continue clicking Next until you reach the final step.
Click Save to apply the updated balance.
The traveler’s trip balance will update based on the new package price.
Note:
For room types packages order this feature isn't available yet. This feature is only available for packages with out room types
You can select a different package using the radio button and update the trip price in the same way. However, switching between room type packages and non room type packages is not supported.
