Viewing Registration Details

Access important information about who has registered and their preferences.

Steps to View Registration Details:

  1. From your Dashboard, click on the trip.

  2. Dashboard with trip list — click a trip to open it
  3. Click on the traveler's name to open their profile.

  4. Traveler list — click a traveler name
  5. Go to Account Details > Registration Questions to view the information.

Filtering Based on Trip and Package

Quickly find travelers based on specific criteria.

Steps to Filter Travelers:

  1. From your Dashboard, click on the trip you want to view.

  2. Click on a package to filter travelers by that package.

  3. The travelers for the selected package will be displayed.


Searching for a Traveler

Quickly find specific traveler information.

Steps to Search:

  1. From your Dashboard, click on the trip.

  2. Search for the traveler by name in the guest list.

  3. Click on the traveler's name to view their details.


Editing Registration Questions

Edit registration questions after a traveler has already submitted responses.

Steps:

  1. After you find the traveler and click on their name (see step above), click View Traveler Profile Page.

  2. Click Registration Questions.

  3. Edit and save registration questions.


Making changes to a traveler's reservation

Change the price, package, add ons, payment schedule, number of travelers, etc.

Steps to make changes:

  1. From your Dashboard, click on the trip.

  2. Click on the traveler's name to open their profile.

  3. Go to Account Details.

  4. Click Edit Order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can travelers update their own registration answers?

No. Only the trip organizer can view and edit registration question responses through the dashboard.

Can I export traveler details or registration answers?

Yes. You can export traveler data from your dashboard. See our Trip Data Export guide for details.

What if a traveler hasn’t answered a registration question?

Unanswered questions will show as “No answer provided.” You can follow up with the traveler directly or edit the response on their behalf.

Can I add or change registration questions after travelers have already signed up?

Yes. You can update registration questions in the Trip Builder at any time. Existing travelers will not be prompted to re-answer, but new travelers will see the updated questions.
