As a Trip Organizer, it's important to have easy access to the information your travelers share during registration. Whether you're collecting dietary restrictions, T-shirt sizes, emergency contacts, or passport details, SquadTrip makes it simple to view each guest's responses right from your dashboard.
To view answers for an individual traveler:
Go to Trip Data from your dashboard.
Find the traveler whose responses you want to see.
Click on the traveler's name to open their profile.
Scroll down to the section labeled Registration Questions.
You’ll see their submitted answers organized by question, just as they appeared during the registration process.
If you’d like to view all registration answers at once—for reporting, printing, or planning purposes—you can download a full export:
Go to your Trip Stats page.
Click the Export button.
The export will include all traveler data, including responses to each registration question, in a spreadsheet format.
This feature is especially helpful for coordinators managing group activities, meal plans, room assignments, and more. Keeping this data easily accessible helps ensure your travelers are well taken care of and that your trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
