Overview
SquadTrip lets you export your traveler data as an Excel/CSV file for offline record-keeping, tax reporting, or sharing with your team. The export includes names, emails, payment statuses, registration answers, promo codes, add-ons, and waitlist travelers. You can also download signed waivers and legal documents.
Getting to Trip Data Export
Log in to your organizer dashboard
Click "Trip Data" in the top navigation menu
Select a trip (or "VIEW ALL") and a package (or "VIEW ALL")
The "Export Travelers" button is at the top of the traveler list
Export Your Traveler Data
Navigate to "Trip Data" in the top menu
Select a specific trip or choose "VIEW ALL" for multiple trips
Optionally select specific packages or "VIEW ALL"
Click "Export Travelers" to start the download
A loading indicator appears while the export generates. The file downloads automatically when ready.
What's in the Export
The Excel/CSV file includes:

Filter Before Exporting
Filter traveler data by category before exporting:
Deposits, Full payments, People going
Disputes, Cancellations, Payment delays
Add-ons, Abandoned sign-ups
Waitlist (now visible and exportable)
Filters let you export targeted subsets instead of the full list.
Download Signed Documents
You can also download signed waivers and legal documents:
Navigate to the "Signed Documents" tab
Search for a specific traveler
Download the PDF of their digital signature
Important Notes
Exports include all travelers matching your current filter -- set filters before clicking Export
Waitlist travelers are now included in exports by default
The export file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV-compatible tool
Export data regularly for offline backup of bookings and payments
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
Export button not responding | Wait for the loading indicator to finish. Large exports may take a few seconds to generate. |
File is empty or missing data | Check your trip and package filters. "VIEW ALL" includes everything; specific selections limit the results. |
Can't find the "Signed Documents" tab | Look for it as a tab above the traveler list on the Trip Data page. It's a separate tab from the main traveler export. |
Waitlist travelers not appearing | Waitlist travelers are now included by default. If they're missing, refresh the page and try the export again. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What file format is the export? A: The export downloads as an Excel-compatible file (CSV/XLSX) that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet application. All data is organized in columns with headers.
Q: Can I export data for multiple trips at once? A: Yes. Select "VIEW ALL" in the trip dropdown to include travelers from all your trips in a single export. You can also select "VIEW ALL" for packages to include all package types.
Q: Does the export include payment details for each traveler? A: Yes. The export includes payment statuses (paid, pending, overdue), amounts paid, remaining balances, and which promo codes were applied. It's useful for financial reconciliation and tax reporting.
Q: Can I download signed waivers in bulk? A: Currently, signed documents are downloaded one traveler at a time from the "Signed Documents" tab. Search for a specific traveler and download their PDF individually.
