The new dashboard is non-blocking and lightning fast. You can filter through hundreds of travelers without a single page reload.

📊 1. Core Metrics & Logic


Understanding your numbers is key to a successful trip.

Metric

What it Tells You

Total Travelers

Everyone who has completed a booking.

Collected

Total money currently in your pocket (Net of refunds).

Outstanding

Remaining balance yet to be collected from active bookings.

Expected Total

Collected + Outstanding. Your total projected revenue.

Collection Rate

The percentage of your "Expected Total" already collected.

Paid in Full

Number of travelers who have no remaining balance.


🔍 2. Advanced Filtering & Search

Stop scrolling and start finding. Use high-speed filters to isolate specific groups.

Status Pills

  • All: Every approved booking on the trip.

  • Attending (Default): Includes everyone who has made at least a deposit (Paid + Balance Due).

  • Paid in Full: Only those with a $0 balance.

  • Balance Due: Travelers who are mid-payment plan or haven't finished paying.

  • Behind: CRITICAL - Travelers who have missed a scheduled payment date.

  • No Deposit: Users who registered but haven't made their first payment yet.

The Search Bar

Search by First Name, Last Name, or Email. The table updates instantly as you type.

Dynamic Inventory Filtering

In the sidebar (or top section), you’ll see rows for Packages and Add-ons.

  • Click a Package: See only the travelers booked on that specific room/package.

  • Click an Add-on: See only the travelers who purchased specific extras.

  • Pro Tip: You can stack these! See "Behind" travelers on the "VIP Package" with one click.


📋 3. The Traveler Table

Every row represents a booking. Click any traveler row to open the Action Panel on the right.

Column Breakdown & Sorting

  • Visual Status Badge: Green = Paid, Blue = Balance, Orange = Behind/No Deposit.

  • Financials: Clear view of Total Amount vs. Paid Amount.

  • Past Due: Specifically highlights the dollar amount a traveler is currently behind.

  • Sorting: Click any column header to sort. Want to see your biggest outstanding balances at the top? Click the Balance header twice.


👤 4. 360° Traveler Management


Management doesn't stop at the table. Click any traveler row and select View Details to access the full Traveler 360 view.

Deep-dive into traveler data including registration questions and payments.

In the Traveler 360 View, you can:

  • Registration Questions: Review answers to custom forms (dietary needs, shirt sizes, etc).

  • Payment Schedule: See upcoming due dates and history for this specific traveler.

  • Process Refund: Issue partial or full refunds directly through the dashboard.

  • Edit Order: Change package types or add/remove add-ons on their behalf.


📱 5. Mobile Experience

Heading to the airport? The mobile dashboard is optimized for one-handed use:

  • Collapsed Header: Tap to expand metrics.

  • Slide-out Filters: A dedicated "Filter" button opens a full-screen menu.

  • Traveler Cards: Instead of a wide table, we show clean cards with the most vital info.

  • Quick Action Sheet: Tap a traveler to open a full-screen action sheet.


⚡ Pro Workflows

Case: "Who hasn't paid their deposit?"

  1. Click the No Deposit pill in the filter bar.

  2. These are your "hot leads" who need a nudge to complete their booking. Use the Download CSV in Trip Actions to get a mailing list.


❓ FAQ

Why does a traveler show as "Behind"?
They have a payment plan with a "Scheduled Date" in the past that has not been fully paid.

How do I export my data?
Click Trip Actions > Export. It will download a CSV containing only your current filtered view.

Can I switch back to the old dashboard?
Yes! Click the banner at the top of the page if you need to use the legacy view.
