Updating Your Registration Info

Trip Organizers use registration questions to gather key information like booking details and travel preferences. These questions help organizers better plan accommodations, transportation, meals, and other aspects of the trip based on your needs. You can easily update your responses through your traveler account whenever needed, ensuring your trip experience stays accurate and up to date. Whether you've changed your mind about a room selection, dietary preference, or emergency contact info, updating your answers takes just a few moments and helps keep everything running smoothly.


How to Update or Change Your Registration Information

Whether it is updating passport info, flight details, or meal preferences, you can always make changes to your registration details in the traveler portal. Any updates you make will be visible to the Trip Organizer.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your traveler account.

  2. Under the Order Summary, click on "My Registration Questions".

  3. Answer the questions provided by the Trip Organizer.

  4. If you have multiple travelers in your order, select Traveler 2, Traveler 3, etc., and complete the questions for each.

  5. Click "Save" to finalize your updates.
