With SquadTrip, as a traveler, you can book packages, choose add-ons, and decide whether to pay in full or opt for a monthly payment plan. All pricing, add-ons, and payment options are set by your Trip Organizer.
💡Tip: Any questions relating to the package prices, what's included on the trip, and trip-specific questions should be directed to the Trip Organizer directly.
Overview of the Traveler Portal
When you book a trip with a Trip Organizer using SquadTrip, you'll have access to your personal traveler portal where you can:
Make and manage payments: Make additional payments, pay specific installments, and reschedule payments at your convenience.
Update billing information: Easily update or change your credit card details anytime.
Purchase and return add-ons: If your trip includes add-ons, you can purchase more or return them directly through your account, even if you’re on a payment plan.
Apply promo codes: If you’ve received a promo code for a discount, you can apply it to your account.
Update registration questions: Modify your registration information, and it will automatically reflect in the Trip Organizer’s records.
Share their Refer & Receive link: If your Trip Organizer has a Refer & Receive program, you can access and share your unique referral link from your portal.
Cancel their trip reservation: You can cancel your trip, with or without a refund, depending on the Trip Organizer's refund policy.
View the trip itinerary: Access all trip details and the itinerary at any time, right below your payment schedule.
Contact the trip organizer: Use the built-in form to email your Trip Organizer directly for any questions or updates.
