If you're currently using SquadTrip as a traveler and are ready to start planning and managing your own group trips, you can easily upgrade your account to an Organizer profile. This process is quick, doesn't affect your existing bookings, and gives you immediate access to all the tools you need to launch, manage, and promote your own trips.
How to Switch to an Organizer Account
Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
This icon opens the list of accounts linked to your login.
Open the drop-down menu.
The drop-down lists your linked accounts and a Create a trip for free button (your profile and settings are under the separate Settings link in the menu).Select your Organizer Account if one is listed — or click Create a trip for free to set one up.
Creating one takes you through the short organizer onboarding; after that your dashboard refreshes with tools and features designed for trip organizers.
What Happens When You Switch?
Your Traveler bookings remain unchanged.
You’ll still have full access to your existing reservations, payments, and trip information as a traveler.You gain access to trip creation and management tools.
These include features to build trip pages, set up payment plans, manage guests, track analytics, and more.You can switch back to your Traveler account at any time.
The same profile menu allows you to toggle between accounts without losing any data on either side.
Once switched, you can start creating and managing trips immediately. Let us know if you have any questions!
