Change Connected Stripe Account

Learn how to switch the Stripe account linked to your SquadTrip organizer profile.

If you need to update or change the Stripe account connected to your SquadTrip organizer profile, you can do so directly from your settings. This is useful if you're switching bank accounts, moving from a personal Stripe account to a business one, or reassigning ownership of trip payouts.

To change your connected Stripe account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Organizer account on SquadTrip.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click on Settings.

  3. From the dropdown, select Company Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the Payment Settings section.

  5. Click Change Payment Processing Account.

You’ll be redirected to the Stripe setup flow where you can either log into a different Stripe account or create a new one. Once connected, all future trip payments will be routed to the new account.

Note: Changing your payment processor does not affect any previous transactions or payouts. It only applies to new registrations moving forward. Be sure to confirm that the correct Stripe account is connected before launching a new trip or collecting payments.
