SquadTrip has officially discontinued the use of SquadTrip Payments (our internal payment processing system). To continue collecting payments and keep your trip active, you’ll need to connect your own Stripe account and re-publish your trip.
Here's how:
Log into your SquadTrip Organizer account.
Go to Settings > Company Settings.
Scroll down to the Payment Settings section.
Click Change Payment Processing Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your stripe account.
Once your Stripe account is connected:
Go to Trip Management > Preview and Publish.
Click the Publish my trip button to make your trip live again.
Trips that were unpublished due to the transition away from SquadTrip Payments will remain hidden until you connect Stripe and re-publish them.
