Make building trips easier by moving key settings to the trip level (instead of package level).
Give you clear visibility into which features are free and which require a subscription.
Support continued access to premium tools through active subscriptions.

When your account is subscribed, you get full access to:
Design & Branding for trip pages
Company Branding (logo, links, social media)
Custom Colors for Checkout, Trip Page, and My Bookings (embedding only available with subscription)
MMS Text Messaging to guests
Scheduled Emails
User Management (create and manage sub-user accounts)
Features Now Free for All Organizers?

Checkout Embed
Registration Question Flag (“Is this question specific to this trip?”)

How Feature Access Works?

Subscribed: You have access to all subscription features.
Unsubscribed: You can see the screens, but the features are locked until you subscribe.
Failed Payment: If your subscription payment fails and isn’t fixed within 2 weeks, it will be canceled, and the features will stop working.

If your subscription ends:
Design & Branding revert to default and can’t be edited.
Company Branding resets to default.
MMS & Scheduled Messages move to draft and can’t be edited.
Sub-users lose access and see “Access Denied.”

When you subscribe again, you’ll need to manually reapply your settings, including:
Design & Branding colors
Company Branding links
Scheduled messages (reactivate from draft)
Sub-users gain access
Other Notes
Other Notes
You’ll get an email notification if your subscription is canceled.
If a payment fails, we’ll send you a warning email explaining which features will be lost if not resolved.
