Download Signed Documents

Learn how to download signed documents for your trip guests from the organizer dashboard.

As a Trip Organizer, you can easily access and download signed documents submitted by your travelers—such as waivers, agreements, or consent forms—directly from your dashboard. This ensures you have the necessary paperwork on file for compliance, record keeping, or trip coordination.

Follow these steps to download a guest’s signed document:

  1. Log in to your SquadTrip Organizer account.

  2. Go to Trip Data from your dashboard.

  3. Click on the Signed Document tab.

  4. Use the search bar to find the traveler by name.

  5. Once located, click the PDF Download icon next to their entry.

The document will download as a PDF file to your device, which you can save, print, or store as needed.

Note: Only travelers who have submitted a signed document as part of their registration will appear in this section. If you don’t see the guest listed, they may not have completed that step.
