SquadTrip lets you download your trip itinerary as a PDF document — perfect for printing, sharing with travelers, or keeping an offline copy for the trip.
Getting to the Itinerary PDF
For Organizers:
Open your trip dashboard and navigate to the Itinerary section
Look for the "Download PDF" button
For Travelers:
Log in to your traveler dashboard at dashboard.squadtrip.com
Open your booked trip and navigate to the Itinerary tab
Click the "Download PDF" button
Downloading the Itinerary PDF
For Organizers
Open your trip dashboard
Navigate to the Itinerary section
Click the "Download PDF" button (or the PDF/download icon)
The PDF is generated and downloads automatically to your device
For Travelers
Log in to your traveler dashboard at dashboard.squadtrip.com
Open the trip you're booked on
Navigate to the Itinerary tab
Click "Download PDF" to save a copy
What's in the PDF?
The itinerary PDF includes all the details the organizer has added:
Day-by-day schedule with dates and times
Activity descriptions for each itinerary item
Location details where provided
Trip name and dates as headers
Formatted for easy reading and printing
Tips
Download before you travel — have an offline copy in case you don't have reliable internet at your destination
Share with your group — email the PDF to travelers who prefer a printable schedule
Print a copy — great for posting in a shared vacation rental or handing out at the airport
The PDF reflects the current itinerary — if the organizer makes changes, download a fresh copy to get the latest version
Troubleshooting
PDF not downloading? Check your browser's download settings and ensure pop-ups aren't blocked
Content looks outdated? The PDF reflects the itinerary at the time of download. If the organizer recently made changes, try downloading again
Blank PDF? The organizer may not have added itinerary items yet. Check back later
