Issue a Partial Refund Without Canceling a Trip

As an organizer, you can issue a partial refund to a traveler without canceling their booking. This is helpful if you're offering a discount, adjusting for overpayment, or resolving a pricing issue—while still keeping the traveler on the trip.

Follow these steps to issue a partial refund:

  1. Log in to your Organizer account and go to Trip Data.

  2. Click Refund Payment in the navigation.

  3. Find the traveler you want to refund.

  4. Click Refund next to their profile entry.

  5. Choose Specific Refund.

  6. Enter the amount you’d like to refund.

  7. Click Refund to confirm.

The selected amount will be refunded to the traveler’s original payment method. Their booking will remain active, and their payment history will reflect the adjustment. If you have questions or need help with refunding, feel free to reach out to support at [email protected].
