If you’ve processed a refund through Squadtrip and need to check its status, you can do it in two ways:

If you want to check Realtime status, find or locate the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for your customer, you can easily find these details in your Stripe Dashboard.
How to View Refund Details on Stripe
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to the Payments section.
Click on Refunds to see a list of all processed refunds.
Use the search bar to find a specific refund by entering the charge email id, customer name, or related details.
Click on the refund to view key information, including the amount, status, and any associated notes.
This gives you a complete overview of the refund and its progress.
How to Find the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for a Refund
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Payments and open the payment linked to the refund.
In the Timeline section, select View Details on the refund entry.
If available, the ARN (or other reference numbers like STAN or RRN) will be shown.
Customers can use the ARN to track their refund with their bank.
Note- If the ARN isn’t visible right away, it may take up to 7 business days to appear once it’s provided by Stripe’s banking partners.
