How to Add Contact Numbers for Text Blasts

Steps to add or upload contact numbers for Text Blast in the correct format on SquadTrip

Step 1: Access the Text Blast Feature

From your SquadTrip dashboard, click the Text Blasts button in the top right corner of the My Trips page.

Step 2: Add Mobile Numbers

You have two options for adding recipient phone numbers:

Option A: Manually Enter Numbers

  1. In the Mobile No field, paste phone numbers in the following format:

    • Correct format: 12345678910,12345678910 (with country code, separated by commas)

    • Include the country code (e.g., 1 for USA, 44 for UK)

    • Separate multiple numbers with commas

    • Do not add spaces between numbers

    • Do not add a comma after the last number

Example: 18044064234,18055512345,14155556789

Option B: Upload a CSV File

  1. Click Upload CSV button

  2. Download the Phone Numbers Sample file to see the correct format

  3. Format your CSV file with one phone number per row, including country codes

  4. Upload your formatted CSV file

  5. The system will automatically populate the numbers in the correct format

Important Tips

✅ Always include country codes - This prevents delivery errors
✅ Use the CSV sample - Download it to ensure correct formatting
✅ Double-check phone numbers - Incorrect formats will cause sending failures
✅ No spaces in the number list - Only use commas as separators
