How to Enable the Promo Label on Packages

Updated this week

Promo Labels are displayed on packages when there are 5 or fewer remaining packages available.

What is promo label?

When the Promotion Label is enabled, travelers will see an "Only 5 remaining!" tag when there are 5 or fewer packages left. As each package is purchased, the count automatically updates, displaying "Only 4 remaining!" and so on.

To enable the Promotion tag, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Trip Builder.

  2. Select the Packages.

  3. Go to Enable Promo Tag toggle it on.

How does it appear on the trip page?

When this feature is turned on, the label will appear just above the package name. When packages are purchased, the count will be reduced automatically until the package is sold out.

If a traveler cancels the trip or you increase the quantity of available packages, the package count will automatically adjust.

How does it appear when the package is sold out?

When the package is sold out, the promo label will be removed and "Sold Out" replaces "Book Now". If a traveler cancels or you increase the number of available packages, the "Sold Out" label will be removed and the promo tag will be replaced if there are 5 or less packages available.
