This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of exporting your trip data from the Company Stats section of your dashboard. Follow the steps below to export detailed and up-to-date information from any of your trips or packages with just a few clicks.
Go to "Company Stats". First, log in to your SquadTrip account.
From your main dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on "Company Stats." This section is your reporting hub, where you can view detailed metrics about all trips under your account.Select the trip from which you want to export data, or choose "VIEW ALL".
Once you’re in the Company Stats section, you’ll see a list of all the trips you’ve created. You can either select a specific trip to export data from or click on the "VIEW ALL" option to gather data from multiple trips at once. This is especially helpful for organizers running several trips simultaneously or wanting to compile broader company-wide reports. You can also select specific packages within the trip, or click "VIEW ALL" to include all packages.
If your trip includes multiple packages—such as different tiers, accommodations, or payment plans—you can drill down further and select the specific package you'd like to export data from. This gives you granular control over what information you download.Click "Export Data to Excel" to download an Excel file.
Once you've selected your trip and package, look for the "Export to Excel" or similar button typically located near the top or bottom of the stats table. Click this button, and SquadTrip will generate an Excel (.xlsx) file containing all relevant data. This may include traveler names, payment statuses, email addresses, registration dates, and more depending on your export settings.Download and Analyze.
The Excel file will download to your computer and can now be opened in any spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. From here, you can sort, filter, calculate totals, and create visual charts to better understand how your trips are performing.Helpful Tip: If you are managing multiple trips, it's a good idea to export your data regularly to keep an offline record of bookings and payments. This can be particularly useful for tax reporting, team sharing, and end-of-season reviews.
And that’s it! You now have your trip data exported and ready to use for whatever you need—whether it’s budgeting, planning, or performance analysis.
