If your trip is showing as "Waitlist" or "Sold Out," it could be due to incorrect date settings in your trip’s details. SquadTrip allows you to manage your trip dates and packages, ensuring they are up to date and properly set for booking. In this guide, we'll walk you through the necessary steps to check your trip and package dates, so you can resolve any issues and open your trip for booking once again. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Go to Trip Manager > Basics
Make sure your trip dates are not in the past.
Check the "Last Day to Book" field—it should also be a future date.
Then go to Trip Manager > Packages
Look at the Package Dates and confirm they’re still active (not expired or set in the past).
If any of these dates are incorrect or in the past, update them—and the trip should open for booking again as expected. Double-check all related fields, save your changes, and refresh your trip page to confirm the updates have taken effect.
