How to activate "Reschedule payment" option

As an organizer on Squadtrip.com, you can now give your travelers the freedom to reschedule their payment dates, enhancing their booking experience and providing the flexibility they need.

This article walks you through the simple steps to enable payment rescheduling, making it easier than ever to offer your travelers a seamless and stress-free journey. Embrace this feature to boost satisfaction and make Squadtrip even more traveler-friendly!

  1. Log in to your Organizer account.

  2. Go to Trip Management from your dashboard.

  3. Click on the Payments tab.

  4. Select Edit Settings on Payment Settings to adjust youar preferences.

  5. Use the toggles to turn on 'Let Travelers Reschedule Payments'.

Note: Payment Settings is a premium feature included in the Launch Pack. If you’re not subscribed yet, these toggles will be locked. You can upgrade your account anytime at squadtrip.com/pricing
