SquadTrip gives Organizers the flexibility to offer multiple payment methods to make booking more convenient for travelers. You can enable or disable popular payment providers like Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and Apple Pay directly from your trip settings. These options give your guests more flexibility to pay in installments or use the services they’re most comfortable with.
To update your payment options, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Organizer account.
Go to Trip Management from your dashboard.
Click on the Payments tab in Main Flow.
Select Edit Settings on Payment Options to adjust your preferences and use toggle to ON or OFF as needed to enable any payment method and then click on Save Changes at the bottom purple band.
Note:
All Trip Organizers can use Payments Options for free
Even if all other payment options are turned off, credit and debit card payments will remain the default method and cannot be disabled. This is why cards do not appear in the list of payment method options.
Some payment methods may not be available if you’re using an individual Stripe account.
Once enabled, the selected payment methods will appear on your guest checkout page. If you make any changes, they take effect immediately.
