Overview
The Activity Tab on your organizer dashboard gives you a real-time feed of everything happening across your trips — new bookings, payments, cancellations, and more. Combined with the Weekly Trip Digest email, you'll always know what's going on without having to dig through individual trip pages.
The Activity Tab
Where to Find It
The Activity Tab is part of your Dashboard V2 — look for the "Activity" section on your main dashboard page.
What It Shows
The Activity Tab displays a timeline of recent events across all your trips:
New bookings — When a traveler signs up for a trip
Payments received — Deposits, installments, and full payments
Cancellations — When a traveler cancels their reservation
Payment status changes — Overdue payments, completed plans, etc.
Registration activity — New sign-ups, abandoned carts
Summary Cards
At the top of the Activity Tab, summary cards give you a quick snapshot:
Total recent bookings
Revenue received
Key metrics at a glance
These cards update as new activity comes in, so you always have a current picture of your trip performance.
Activity Timeline
Below the summary cards, a chronological timeline shows individual events. Each event includes:
What happened (e.g., "New booking")
Who (traveler name)
Which trip and package
When (timestamp)
You can scroll through the timeline to review recent activity or look for specific events.
Weekly Trip Digest Email
What Is It?
The Weekly Trip Digest is an automated email sent to organizers summarizing trip activity over the past week. It's like the Activity Tab delivered to your inbox.
What's Included
New bookings this week
Payments collected and amounts
Upcoming payment deadlines
Trip milestones approaching (trip dates coming up)
Key metrics compared to the previous week
When It Arrives
The digest is sent weekly on a recurring schedule. It covers activity from the past 7 days.
Managing the Digest
The Weekly Trip Digest is sent automatically to active organizers with upcoming trips. If you have questions about digest preferences, contact support.
Tips for Organizers
Check the Activity Tab daily during high-booking periods to catch any issues early
Use summary cards for a quick health check — are bookings on track? Revenue as expected?
The weekly digest is great for a bird's-eye view if you manage multiple trips
Combine with Trip Data exports for detailed reporting — the Activity Tab shows the highlights, exports give you the full picture
Troubleshooting

Activity Tab is empty or not showing events | The Activity Tab is part of Dashboard V2. Make sure you are viewing the updated dashboard. If you recently created your account, activity will appear once travelers start interacting with your trips. |
Weekly digest email not arriving | Check your spam or promotions folder. The digest is sent automatically to organizers with active upcoming trips. If you have no upcoming trips, you may not receive the digest. Contact support if the issue persists. |
Activity shows events from the wrong trip | The Activity Tab shows events for the trip you are currently viewing. Navigate to the correct trip's dashboard to see its activity. |
Summary cards show outdated numbers | Summary cards update as new events occur. If numbers seem stale, refresh your browser. In rare cases, a brief delay between a booking and its display on the dashboard is normal. |

Q: Does the Activity Tab show events from all my trips at once? A: No. The Activity Tab shows events for the trip you are currently viewing on your dashboard. To see activity for a different trip, navigate to that trip's dashboard page.
Q: How far back does the Activity Tab show events? A: The Activity Tab displays your most recent activity in chronological order. It focuses on recent events to keep the feed relevant. For historical data or full reporting, use the Trip Data export feature to download a complete record.
Q: Can I customize what types of events appear in the Activity Tab? A: The Activity Tab automatically shows bookings, payments, cancellations, and registration activity. There is no way to customize which event types appear. All key trip events are included to give you a comprehensive overview of trip activity.
Q: Will I receive the Weekly Trip Digest if I have no active trips? A: No. The Weekly Trip Digest is sent only to organizers who have upcoming trips with recent activity. If all your trips have ended or you have no published trips, the digest email will not be sent until new trip activity resumes.
