Add Admin Emails as CC for Notifications

Learn how to update settings so new team members can be added to receive booking and payment notifications for the trips they create.

You can decide whether to add additional admins to the list of people who will receive trip notifications in the dashboard. The notifications that these additional people will receive are as follows:

  • Copy of the deposit receipt

  • Copy of new payment (installment, manual payment, add-ons)


What are Notifications and Email Sending Settings?

Notifications and Email Sending Settings determine which email receives traveler booking and payment notifications, replies from travelers who respond to automated emails, and how automated emails appear to travelers.

How to add e-mail address to CC?

  1. In the top navigation menu, locate and click the Settings button.

  2. Select Notifications and Emails.

  3. The Notifications for My Trip Bookings section includes a CC additional admin emails feature, allowing you to add multiple team members who will receive copies of all booking notifications.

  4. In the email field, add the email address of the person who will receive copies of the payment notifications.

  5. When the emails are added they will show up in the "List of CC additional admin emails".

  6. If you want to edit the email address, click the pencil icon next to it.

How do I remove e-mail address from CC?

To remove an email address from the CC, use the button with the trash icon on the right side of the email address.
