How to Create an Itinerary

Show your itinerary to your guests. To add an itinerary, follow these simple steps.

Creating an itinerary helps your guests know what to expect each day of the trip. With SquadTrip’s Trip Builder, you can easily add daily activities, descriptions, and visuals to showcase your plans and enhance the overall travel experience for your group. Itinerary is the first Optional Enhancement feature.

  1. Go to "Trip Builder" and select "Itinerary" from the Optional Enhancements

    Note: If you’ve already created a trip, click the "Trip Management" button to access the Trip Builder.

  2. For each day, add the details for the day:

    • Title: Give it a descriptive title.

    • Description: Outline the day's activities.

    • Images or photos (Optional): Add visuals to enhance appeal.

    • Activities : Add specific events or times in a day

  3. Add specific activities and events for this day using a title, detailed description, and visuals to attract more customers and provide a brief about the day.

  4. Click the "+Add Day" button to include it in your itinerary.

  5. Grab the three horizontal lines (≡) to reorder itinerary to reorder itinerary days thumbnail and click Save Changes when done and then on Next button at the bottom to move to next tab.

  6. You can Edit your itinerary any time by clicking on the the three vertical dots (⋮) on the itinerary anytime.

Here is an example of Itinerary:

Multiple activities can be added within the same day’s itinerary. In the example shown below, Day 1 includes arrivals, equipment rental pickup, and a welcome dinner, all grouped together in one itinerary day.

Note- Itinerary day titles (Day 1, Day 2, etc.) are hardcoded and they can't be changed but title of the activity for that itinerary day can be changed.

💡Pro Tip: You can reorder the Itinerary using the arrow the horizontal lines or the hamburger icon
