If you’re seeing an error that says you’ve reached the maximum number of itineraries for your trip, it’s likely due to a mismatch between your trip’s start and end dates and the number of itinerary days you’re trying to add.
SquadTrip automatically limits the number of itinerary entries you can create based on your trip duration. For example, if your trip dates cover 5 days (e.g., July 1 to July 5), you can only add 5 itinerary days. If you try to add a 6th day, the platform will show an error because your itinerary exceeds the allowed range.
To resolve this:
Go to Trip Manager
Click on Basics.
Check the Start Date and End Date for your trip.
If you want to add more itinerary days, update the End Date to extend the trip duration accordingly.
Once the trip duration reflects the number of itinerary days you need, the error will clear and you’ll be able to continue building your itinerary.
Note: Always make sure your itinerary aligns with the actual dates of your trip to avoid confusion for both you and your travelers.
