First, you need to go to the "Trip Data", then on the left, you will see "Cancel a Trip Reservation". Find the person's name then click "Cancel and issue a refund".

The processing fee is refundable, but Stripe does not refund its fees, so that amount will be charged to your Stripe account.
Refunds take 5β10 business days once initiated in Stripe.
Always inform travelers of refund delays to avoid chargebacks that may risk your Stripe account getting blocked.
We advise travelers to wait up to 30 days to receive their refund.
