Trip Organizers may offer additional excursions, products, or trip enhancements at any time. If you’ve already registered for your trip but would like to purchase more add-ons, you can easily do so from your traveler portal. If you're on a payment plan and wish to return an add-on, you can remove it through the portal as long as there is still a balance due.
Adding Add-ons
You can buy add-ons either during the registration process or afterward through your traveler portal. To purchase an add-on after registration:
Log in to your traveler portal.
Scroll down to the "Buy Add-Ons" tab, located below the payment plan schedule.
Select the quantity of add-ons you'd like to purchase (prices include any applicable fees).
Click the "Purchase Add-ons" button.
Confirm your order by selecting "Purchase" in the Order Summary pop-up.
Once purchased, your add-ons will appear in the "Purchased" tab, where you can see the quantity and total cost, including any fees.
Purchasing Add-ons with a Payment Plan
If you have a payment plan with remaining installments, the cost of the add-ons will be added to your total balance and distributed across the remaining payments.
Purchasing Add-ons with a Fully Paid Balance
If your balance is fully paid, your card on file will be charged immediately when you purchase an add-on.
Removing Add-ons
If you are on a payment plan with a balance due greater than the total cost of the add-ons, you can remove them through your traveler account:
Log in to your traveler account.
Scroll down to the "Purchased" tab, below the payment plan schedule.
Select the quantity of add-ons you'd like to return.
Click the "Remove Add-Ons" button.
Choose the quantity you want to return for each add-on (if there are multiple).
Click the "Remove" button to confirm.
Returning Add-ons with a Payment Plan
If you are on a payment plan, the cost of the returned add-ons will be deducted from your remaining balance, and your upcoming installment amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
Returning Add-ons with a Fully Paid Balance
If your balance is fully paid and you need to return an add-on, contact the Trip Organizer to request a refund for the total cost of the add-ons.
