How to Cancel a Trip

As an organizer, follow these steps to cancel a trip reservation or request a refund:

  1. Log in to your SquadTrip account.

  2. On the dashboard, go to "Company Stats".

  3. Click on "Cancel a Trip Reservation".

  4. Locate the traveler whose booking you want to cancel.

  5. From the "Cancel" dropdown next to their name, select either "Cancel without refund" or "Cancel and issue a refund".

    • Choosing "Cancel without refund" will automatically cancel the booking.

    • For "Cancel and issue a refund", select the payment transaction to refund, then click "SUBMIT CANCELLATION".

    As the organizer, you have the discretion to decide whether to issue a refund. If you choose to proceed with a refund, the traveler will receive the funds within 5-10 business days, provided there are sufficient funds in your Stripe account.
