Contacting Your Trip Organizer

Have a question for your trip organizer? Follow these steps to get help.

Have a question about the trip details, trip itinerary, trip options or even your refund policy? Connecting with your Trip Organizer is simple and easy. You can do so from either the Trip page or from your Trip Details page.

Connecting with Your Organizer from the Trip Page

To connect with your Trip Organizer from the Trip Page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the trip landing page.

  2. Scroll down to find the "Contact Trip Organizer" button on the right side.

  3. Click the button. A window shows the organizer's email address with Copy Email and Open Email App.

Connecting with Your Trip Organizer from the Trip Details

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to your trip and select Details.

  3. Click the "Contact" action (envelope icon) in the actions row — it opens the "Contact the Organizer" form.
