How to Reschedule a Traveler’s Payment

If you need to adjust the payment dates for a traveler

  1. Go to Trip Data in your dashboard.

  2. Search for the traveler and click on their first name to open their profile.

  3. Click Edit Order, then click Edit Order again at the top.

  4. Click Next twice to reach the payment schedule.

  5. Under Schedule of Upcoming Payments, change the dates as needed.

  6. Click Next, then Save, and Save again to confirm the updates.

The traveler’s new payment schedule will be updated immediately. Let us know if you need help!
