Where can Organizers find the option to reschedule a payment?

Organizers can easily locate the rescheduling option when creating or editing the trip, specifically on the Payment section of the trip builder. If there are more than one package, each package (payment plan) can have this option enabled or disabled.

How to activate payment rescheduling

  1. Open Your Profile: Log in to your account and open trip editor.

  2. Go to the Payment Page: Navigate to the payment page

  3. Click on the Reschedule Button: Select the package that you wish to enable this option for and scroll to the bottom of the page

☝️ Important Note: Please note that travelers have the option to reschedule their payment up until the trip registration closing date.
