How to reschedule a payment in your traveler account

You now have the option to reschedule your payment dates for greater flexibility—if your trip organizer has enabled this feature.

Important Note: You can reschedule payments only if the trip organizer allows this option. If you do not see a reschedule option next to your upcoming payment, please contact your trip organizer directly for assistance.


Where to Find the Reschedule Payment Button

You can easily reschedule payments in your account. On the trip payment page, each scheduled payment has a "Reschedule" button next to it for quick adjustments.


How to Reschedule a Payment

To reschedule a payment, follow these steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your profile.

  2. Head to the Payment page for the trip where you want to adjust a payment.

  3. Find the specific payment and click the “Reschedule” button.

  4. A calendar will pop up. Select a new payment date that works for you.

  5. Save your new date to complete the rescheduling process.

Note: You can only reschedule to a date that is on or before the trip’s closing date, which marks the end of the registration period.
