Sub-Admin Feature
Updated over a month ago

A Sub-Admin is a user with specific, restricted permissions who logs in through the main Admin's login page. Sub-Admins have the ability to create and manage only the trips they personally own, regardless of other Sub-Admins in the system. Depending on the permissions granted by the Organizer, a Sub-Admin may also be able to view all trips or just specific trips assigned to them. They can be team members, developers, or other collaborators with varying levels of access.

Sub-Admins have access to nearly all features available to the main Admin, including the dashboard, with the key limitation that they can only view, edit, and access their own trips unless the Organizer provides access to additional trips.

All Sub-Admin activities are processed under the main Admin's company account settings. This means that transactions are managed through the Admin's Stripe account, and receipts and billing follow the Admin’s configurations.

Sub-Admins log in with their own credentials on the main Admin’s company login page, granting them a personalized view of the account. In this view, they see only the trips they created and related dashboard information—or, if designated by the Organizer, they may access other specified trips. Multiple Sub-Admin users can be set up within a single company.

The main Admin (the person who created the company) should be able to see/edit all the trips they have created + any trips that their sub-admin might have created.
